I like to say that the Draft Horse Classic and Harvest Fair have all the benefits of The Nevada County Fair, minus the large crowds. You've got all the great food vendors, beautiful harvest displays throughout the fairgrounds, marigolds galore, cooler temps, live music and more. It's a win-win all the way around. The main event of course is the beautiful horses and fantastically fun events for the whole family in the arena portion of the fairgrounds. The Draft Horse events are always incredible to watch, from the large eight-horse teams to the smaller, one-horse hitch setups. The horses are world-class and the best part is, you get to get up close and personal with these gorgeous equines. It's a sense of awe for sure.
