For the last 10+ years, I've been fortunate to photograph a number of Dance Companies and Studios. This past year with C-19 was a bit different. With the cancellation of live events, in-person learning, studios, and companies had to get creative with how to present shows, hold classes both in-person and via Zoom. As challenging as it may have been, I've seen our local studios (the foothills of Northern California) come through with flying colors. Dance is more popular than ever, and there is oftentimes, nothing more exciting than catching that shot that captures the moment. Here are a few of my favorites from over the years.
